Thunder Mountain Equestrian Trail
The Thunder Mountain Equestrian Trail system comprises approximately 53 miles of designated trails and roads. The majority of the trail encircles the Dark Hollow and Gas Well Equestrian Camping Areas in two separate loops.
The remaining trail mileage consists of designated state forest roads and spurs off of these two loops.
Riders must stay on the designated roads and trails.
