ATV Riding

Thirty-three miles of trails designated as summer trails for all-terrain vehicles cross the Buchanan State Forest:

  • An 18-mile trail on Martin Hill in Bedford County
  • A 15-mile trail in the Sideling Hill/Ray’s Hill area of Fulton County

Part of the 33-mile trail system is open year-round to disabled riders with the proper DCNR permit. All other roads and trails are closed to ATV use.
